- Live the way you like it, not the way the others like it.
- Listen to more music but not the sad one!
- Move yourself to the music, dance!
- Avoid and push all negative thoughts away from you, they are nothing but a waste of time. Life is short!
- Do sports as much as you can, as often as possible in the week!
- Try to eat healthy but enjoy the good food one or two times a week!
- Set yourself daily small goals which you then try to fulfill until the end of the day, you will be filled at the end of the day with a satisfaction.
- If you are in love with everyone who truly loves you too, it is beautiful, but avoid plantonic love in any case. Plantonic love is the source of most sadness, so if it applies to you, spit it out of you on the spot!
- Ride a bike!
- Set a bet with yourself “Never missed a sunset” and try to follow it up as far as it goes!
- Limit your social networking to one or two times a day!
- Having good friends is very good for life, but set a limit to your mental and emotional dependence! Train to be happy alone!
- Travel as much as you can afford!
- Don’t concern yourself with what you don’t have, but with what you have.
- Visit sick people in hospitals, approach homeless people.
- Give a gift to the children you know from time to time.
- Work for life, don’t live for work.
- Try to achieve that you do a job that you like to do (one of the most difficult achievements ever)
- Repeat the mantra to yourself: “I am not the only one!”
- True joys are those you make yourself, so don’t expect others to make you happy.
